My fees are dependent on how much work is required:

• assignment scope
• analysis time period
• case issue complexity and magnitude

The degree of cooperation between opposing parties dictates the expense levels:

• providing requested information willingly versus motions for formal discovery
• permitting informal interviews versus attorney-conducted depositions
• negotiating a reasonable settlement versus multi-day court trial
